Job Title: Porter

Reports to: General Manager

Position Summary:

Primarily responsible for providing an inviting environment for the customers by maintaining a neat and clean store.

General Purpose:

Customer Service, Operations, Maintenance

 

Role Qualifications:

• Must exhibit basic VIBE operational interactivity behaviors in all interactions and communications with customers, associates, and management
• Able to work a part time flexible schedule

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide an inviting environment for the customers by maintaining a neat and clean area
• Use proper machines and materials to effective maintain and clean and presentable store
• Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of customer and associate facing bathrooms
• Establish comfortable connections with our customers
• Adhere to all company policies procedures & safety standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Critical Success Factors:

• Maintain a neat and clean store daily through proper cleanliness techniques
• Drive customer satisfaction through basic VIBE behaviors
• Exhibit company values
• Valued but not required skills and experience:
• Janitorial experience in a retail environment
